Power Wise Systems

Power Wise Systems offer full engine refurbishment on most major makes and models of fire pumps and generators.

We aim to provide a full service starting from the initial service inspection where a careful engine analysis is carried out.  A detailed service report is provided to both our client and the end user outlining any initial faults found.

After inspection, if required, the driver is removed from site to a fully dedicated engine workshop facility where it is de-assembled and thoroughly cleaned and de-greased.  Only then once all engine ancillaries and internal components have been removed and examined does the re-build take place.

When the engine refurbishment is completed the unit is then test run on full load and once it has passed vigorous testing our engineers return to site and re-fit the driver. 

 A full pump six-point flow test is then carried out and the system put back into commission.
